Spirituality, seeking out the Divine unity and Truth within me and everyone and everything, that is my greatest focus. It brings more Bliss than anything else ever has, infinite gratitude to my guru, Swamiji (Nithyananda) who awoke me to these Truths I knew all along, but through getting caught up in maya (illusion) had forgotten for so long. I dance Flamenco also, though for me it is another expression of my spiritual self, a beautiful way to express the Divine and my path and experiences through movement.
In everything I do, I flood it with meditative awareness,
